Saludos metaleros y larga vida al rock n roll. Desde Sevilla saluda Raúl Gallego.

Abrimos con los Angel Witch, una de esas bandas que no triunfaron, la bruja angelical marca el camino de mi primer repaso de la New Wave of British of Heavy Metal, a finales de los setenta y en los primeros años de los ochenta el heavy se consolidó y eclosionaron multitud de grupos en las islas de Albión. Algunos alcanzaron la gloria como Def Leppard, Iron Maiden o Saxon, y otros se quedaron en el camino. Escucharemos canciones magníficas que nos dejaron. Larga vida al metal.

El Rock Fest Vuelve a tierras de Barcelona este 2024. En breve estaré en Santa Coloma de Gramanet.  Raúl Gallego os saluda desde Sevilla, y pincho algunos temas guapos de mis bandas favoritas del cartel de este año.  Cogeré el Ave por supuesto para estar en el Parc de Cam Zam y disfrutar del ambiente metalero de este magnífico Festival.

Tras una ausencia algo más prolongada, vuelve el Suave con un Especial a los Ramones, los rockeros de Queens. Joey Ramone. Johnny Ramone, Dee Dee Ramone y Tommy Ramone. 

Desde el instituto Lago Ligur de Isla Mayor, y con la colaboración de algunos estudiantes como Pablo, Aurelio, o Marcos, Raúl Gallego repasa los primeros tiempos ramonescos, desde que comenzaron a tocar en el club neoyorquino CBGB, y lanzaron sus primeros tres discos.

De nuevo el Suave vuelve desde Radiopolis, en Factoría Cultural, en Sevilla, en el 9.3 de la FM.

Dedicamos el programa al Festival este año en Villena,  Alicante  una nueva edición del Leyendas del Rock, referencia internacional en círculos metaleros. En agosto, los días 9, 10, 11,  y  12 desde 2006  la primera edición, dando caña al metal mundial e ibérico. 

Raúl Gallego os saluda, con Pedro Galeano a los controles, pongo las bandas que más me molan del nutrido cartel, y también fondos de otras incluidas como Amaranthe, Beartooth, UDO, Ad Infinitum, Feuerschwanz, Tierra Santa, Decapitated, etc…
